For county custody and jail booking records, contact Greenlee County Sheriff’s Office records contact Irene Alva at 928-865-4149 or ialva@greenlee.az.gov. The office and jail are at 824 S. Coronado Blvd., Clifton, AZ 85533, with mail sent to P.O. Box 998, Clifton, AZ 85533. County business hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; call before an in-person records visit. Use the following routes for other needs:
- For a booking sheet or intake photo, follow the Greenlee County records-request path and ask GCSO for each item by name.
- For a possible warrant, start with the official warrant-check route, then confirm the result with the issuing court.
- For a new arrest or present county custody, call GCSO. The online monthly log is historical, not live.
- For a release alert, use VINELink where supported; it is separate from the county’s PDF archive.
- For a sentenced state prisoner, use the Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry offender search or its public-records portal.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the official BOP or ICE locator that matches the person’s custody type.
